I had the opportunity to attend this webinar today sponsored by the PMI Community of Practice. Excellent information. Very practical steps that are most often overlooked. Little things like asking each person, in their role, what do they expect from the team and what does the team expect from them. I also liked the analogy of the mountain climbing team. I’ll definitely use that example!
